There is a lot to choose from. The 239 rental apartments are spread over 27 floors. There are studios, 2- and 3-room apartments, and some 4-room apartments. Whatever you choose, you always have a nice outdoor space that is indoors, so you enjoy privacy. Crossroads does not have parking spaces. However, there is a collective bicycle storage in the building. This storage has high-low racks and is accessible via the water garden. Crossroads is literally next to the Sloterdijk train and bus station. Within 5 minutes, you are in the center of Amsterdam!
The nice thing about renting at Crossroads is that everything is new, including the kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy your kitchen with built-in appliances, including an induction hob. The layout of the kitchen (straight, corner, or island) depends on the layout and size of the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with a hard glass shower wall, a sink with a mirror, and a towel radiator. Some apartments have a double sink and/or a second toilet. The walls are smoothly finished in white, suitable for wallpaper or light-colored wall paint.
In terms of technology, Crossroads keeps up with the times. The apartments are equipped with a heat recovery system. This brings fresh air from outside and blows it into the living areas.
