This furnished room for rent is located in a quiet village street just 6.7 km from the education boulevard and train station in Den Bosch. The house is within walking distance to the village center, where you can find supermarkets and other amenities. Currently, my husband and I live here with our cat and one other student. With a 20-minute bike ride, you can reach the education boulevard, and there is also a bus stop just 230 meters from our home. The train from Den Bosch takes about 18 to 19 minutes to reach Eindhoven Central or Tilburg University Station.
The furnished room measures 11 m² and comes equipped with a built-in wardrobe, two windows that can both be opened, and a radiator. It features a double bed complete with a mattress, duvet, and pillow, as well as a desk and office chair. High-speed Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection are also available, ensuring you can stay connected while studying or working.
You will have access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and you can use the kitchen at agreed times. There's also space in our garage for a bicycle, and ample parking is available on the street for any potential car.
We are looking for a preferably Dutch-speaking (working) student who is searching for a room from Monday to Friday to live closer to school, internship, or work, and who goes home on weekends. We enjoy having dinner together in the evenings, and cooking will be done on a rotation basis. Being a good cook is definitely a plus! Our meals follow the guidelines of the food pyramid.
