This charming furnished 3-room apartment is located on the 8th floor of the modern complex "Nieuw Trapezium". It boasts a fabulous view and is situated at the edge of Kralingen and Nieuw Crooswijk, just a short distance from the center of Rotterdam. The neighborhood of Nieuw Crooswijk has developed into a trendy residential area in recent years, with all amenities such as shops, restaurants, and recreational facilities nearby. With the center of Rotterdam within cycling distance and the access points for the A20/A13 and A16 nearby, everything within and outside of Rotterdam is easily accessible. The entrance to the apartment complex is via a secured lobby with an intercom system and mailboxes. Two elevators or stairs provide access to all residential floors, as well as the storage rooms and parking spaces located in the basement. On the first floor, there is a communal courtyard/garden.
Upon entering the apartment on the 8th floor, you are welcomed by a spacious hall that provides access to all rooms. Conditions for renting include availability from 01-03-2025, a minimum rental period of 12 months, and no students, young people, or house sharers allowed. Income must solely be from employment, with a monthly income requirement of 3.5 times the rent as gross income. The security deposit amounts to €3500.
