Welcome to your new room in Rotterdam! This decorated room can be your new home to live and study in a comfortable way. It is located in an apartment at a great location, within walking distance to public transportation and many amenities by bike. Shopping centre, restaurants, groceries, and entertainment are easily accessible. The apartment is shared with 2 other female international students or young professionals and is available from 18 June 2024.
The room is situated on the 2nd floor, with an entrance and hallway providing direct access to the room, kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom, and the other two rooms. Your room is located at the back side of the apartment, allowing for direct access to the balcony. It features lots of natural light, balcony access with a garden view, a lock on the door, a big bed with bedding, a large desk and chair, desk and nightlights, and a closet with a mirror.
The shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet come equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, stove, and kitchen supplies. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer in the kitchen, along with a vacuum cleaner and cleaning essentials. The bathroom is fitted with both a bath and shower, and there is a separate toilet for convenience.
The apartment complex offers indoor parking for bikes, scooters, or motorcycles, and there is free car parking available in the area. The complex features gardens in both the front and back. The location provides excellent access to transportation, with Erasmus University just 15 minutes away by bike. Public transportation options, including several bus lines and tram stops, are within a few minutes' walk. The apartment is conveniently located next to the highway, a park, and nature, and is near vibrant areas such as Cor Kieboomplein (cinema, restaurants, and entertainment) just 5 minutes away by bike, and Kop van Zuid 15 minutes away by bike. The shopping centre Keizerswaard is also only 5 minutes away by bike.
Practical information includes the possibility of registration for one person only, as room sharing is not allowed. An official rental contract will be signed after booking. The total monthly rent is €975, which includes advance utilities (€100), local taxes (€21.96), and furnishings, curtains, and wireless internet (€60). The advance utilities cover heating, water, and electricity. A deposit of €1500 is required, and both the deposit and the first month's rent must be paid in full before moving in.
