The room features a neat sofa bed, a TV, a refrigerator, and wardrobes, providing you with all the essentials for comfortable living. You will only need to bring your mattress and your own kitchen utensils. The room is available from April 12, 2025, and we are looking for a friendly and nice roommate to join our family.
Our family consists of a mixed couple (European and Asian) with two lovely children aged 3 and 8. We are situated close to a bus stop and an NS train station, making it convenient for commuting. We prefer a female roommate who is good with children but must clarify that we are not looking for a babysitter. You will have your own private kitchenette, and while the bathroom and toilet are shared, you will enjoy a nice space with privacy.
The ideal tenant is someone between the ages of 18 to 35, whether a student or a working professional. We believe in creating a warm and welcoming environment, and we are looking for someone who can communicate in English, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese. Our home is a pet-free zone, ensuring a clean and comfortable living space for everyone.
