Starting from mid-August 2024, we are excited to offer 22 unique apartments available for a minimum stay of one month and a maximum of six months. Each apartment is distinct and situated on the ground, first, or second floor, providing a stylish and comfortable living experience in the heart of the city.
Our selection includes 9 studios ranging from 51m² to 62m², 2 lofts from 62m² to 75m², 7 one-bedroom apartments from 57m² to 80m², and 4 two-bedroom apartments from 97m² to 118m². Each apartment is fully furnished and decorated, featuring a spacious living room with an open kitchen, modern bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers, floating toilets, and washbasin furniture, along with sustainable heating and cooling systems.
Rental prices vary between €1,500 and €1,950 per month, including furnishings, utilities, and service costs. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. Please note that the lease is temporary, and residents are not permitted to register at the rental address in the BRP (Basic Registration of Persons). Additionally, we have 13 shared parking spaces available for your convenience.
