Starting from March 1, 2025, a room will be available in our house on Tweede Willemstraat. We are looking for a new housemate to join our mixed household of 2 females and 3 males. Within a 5-minute bike ride, you can reach the train station and the city center. We value our independence and have no strict obligations, but we are always open to socializing and having a good time together. To maintain this balance, we are specifically looking for a female tenant.
The room is approximately 18m² and is available for €475 per month, which includes utilities such as gas, water, electricity, internet, and access to a shared washing machine. The house has one bathroom, one toilet, two kitchens, and a rooftop terrace that all roommates share. The room comes furnished, and we would prefer the new tenant to take over the existing furniture (price negotiable), as the current tenant cannot take her belongings with her.
Our current housemates are aged between 22 and 28, and we are looking for someone within the same age range. If you are interested in living with us, please send a friendly message about yourself, and we may invite you over for a visit soon!
Please note that there is no living room, but you will have access to shared kitchens and bathrooms. Internet is available, and we have a mixed-gender household with no pets allowed. The rent includes all utilities, and the deposit required is also €475. We are looking for one tenant, ideally aged between 18 to 25, with a preference for students or working students who can communicate in Dutch or English.
