I have two nice and cool rooms available for rent for a longer period. The first room is without a balcony, measuring 2.80 x 2.80 m with a surface area of 7.84 m², priced at €500 per month. The second room comes with a balcony, measuring 3.50 x 3.00 m with a surface area of 10.5 m², priced at €700 per month. I will be occupying the third bedroom, but you will rarely see me as I often travel.
For the rental price, you will enjoy several benefits including free parking right in front of the door, located in a nice and quiet working-class district. The rent includes free Wi-Fi, cable connections, and Netflix, along with energy costs covered under reasonable usage. You will have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and all necessary kitchen inventory. Additionally, you can use mounted clotheslines in your room and two extra drying racks.
Cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaners will also be provided for your convenience. You will receive sheets, clean bed linen, electric blankets for winter, and towels. There is ample storage space for your clothes and belongings in the fixed wardrobes and wardrobe tubes on the walls. You will also have shared access to a great lounge area with a large solid teak dining table, perfect for working or relaxing. There are two smoking balconies available, both front and rear, and a wide-screen smart TV for your entertainment.
