Our available room is a cozy 11 square meters, unfurnished, but it does come with a refrigerator and a washbasin for your convenience. You'll be sharing a bathroom and toilet with approximately four other housemates, making it a friendly and communal living experience.
Our spacious living room is a perfect place to relax and enjoy meals together with fellow housemates, fostering a warm and sociable atmosphere. Additionally, we have a large garden where we often gather during the summer to soak up the sun and enjoy outdoor activities. This room is ideal for someone who appreciates community living and enjoys being part of a dynamic household.
The rent is €325 per month, which includes utilities, making it an affordable option for students or young professionals. A deposit of €400 is required. The house accommodates more than eight roommates, and we welcome individuals of all genders and occupations, whether you're a student, working student, or seeking employment.
