We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our house in Diemen Noord starting March 1st, 2025. Our house is currently shared by four friendly international young professionals, and we are seeking someone to fill the vacancy left by a departing roommate. The available room is a spacious 18 m² and comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and a nightstand. Please note that the carpet and floor lamp belong to the outgoing tenant and will not be included in the rental.
The house is semi-detached and spans three floors, featuring a cozy backyard where you can relax. It includes a well-equipped bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as an extra toilet located downstairs for convenience. The rent is set at €823 per month, which includes all utilities, making it hassle-free for you. Additionally, there is a one-time deposit of €1,000 required upon moving in. Registration at the address is also mandatory.
You will be sharing the house with three other housemates, consisting of one male and two females, all of whom are friendly and welcoming. We pride ourselves on maintaining an international atmosphere, so individuals of any nationality and gender are encouraged to apply. I, Lukas, am currently the point of contact for the landlord, but I may also be moving out within the next year. We are looking for someone who is interested in taking over these responsibilities in the future, so if you have any experience in this area, especially in the Netherlands, please mention it in your application.
