The studios are equipped with essential furniture including a box spring bed, a desk with a chair, and a wardrobe. The kitchenette features a sink, a four-burner electric stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet, providing all necessary amenities for daily living.
Please note that Xior only rents to students; if you are no longer a student, you must vacate the studio within six months. The minimum rental period is 12 months, and subletting is not permitted. Additional monthly costs include service charges of €50, energy costs of €140, internet and TV fees of €17.50, and furniture costs of €50. A laundry service is also available for €12.50 per month.
At the start of the rental agreement, additional one-time fees apply, including registration costs of €25, a security deposit of €1,000, administration costs of €75, and a final cleaning fee of €115.
