Each studio is furnished with essential amenities including a bed (120x200cm), wardrobe, desk, chair, pinboard, mattress, TV, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, cooking plate, and curtains. The studios also come with their own bathroom and kitchen facilities, ensuring a comfortable living experience. Additionally, there is a laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers, available for use through a payment system.
Parking is available for those with a vehicle, and the monthly rent for these premium studios is €675, excluding additional costs. The total area of each studio is approximately 22 m².
