Groningen is just a 25-minute drive away, and there are many beautiful cycling routes in the area, along with the picturesque villages of Loon, Anloo, and Annen.
The space features a spacious and stylish living room, an L-shaped kitchen, a cozy dining area, a bathroom equipped with a rain shower, and a view of the greenery. There are two bedrooms, including one with a walk-in closet, and a large covered veranda where you can enjoy summer evenings. The chalet is fully furnished and has recently been renovated, providing a comfortable living experience. It is centrally heated and includes a washing machine and a shed for bicycle storage.
The chalet is available for temporary rental from the 1st of September, with a monthly rent of 780 euros, excluding propane and electricity. A deposit of 780 euros is required, and the minimum rental period is 2 months, with a maximum of 6 months. Please note that the park does not offer additional facilities such as a swimming pool or sanitary building, as it is still under construction.
