The apartment is well-maintained and features a modern kitchen equipped with a washing machine and a stylish bathroom.
In addition to the room, you will have access to a 9 m² storage space, perfect for keeping your belongings organized. The apartment boasts a charming south-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the summer sun, and a large rooftop terrace accessible to all residents. It's a great spot for socializing or relaxing on warm days.
The ideal roommate is a male aged 26 or older, who leads a balanced lifestyle in Amsterdam. It would be wonderful if you enjoy cooking and occasionally sharing meals or drinks together. If you're an outdoor enthusiast with hobbies like (kite) surfing, mountain biking, or calisthenics, that's a big plus!
